Shipping Times

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

For EU Deliveries

For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and customs duties are included in the product price. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

United Kingdom & Switzerland
For all orders to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means there are no extra costs for you as a customer — no customs fees, no additional taxes. You only pay the price shown at checkout, and we take care of everything else, including duties and taxes.

Rest of the world
Shipping costs to countries outside the EU will be calculated at checkout after you have filled in your address. This allows us to provide the most accurate shipping rate based on your location.

Import Duties for Deliveries Outside the EU

For all deliveries outside the EU, import duties (including fees, VAT, and customs duties) may apply, depending on the destination country. These duties are determined by your country’s regulations and are calculated based on the origin of the product and its category. Once your package reaches the destination country, the applicable duties and taxes will be applied.

BarManiaPro does not collect any import duties or taxes during the checkout process and is unable to predict how much they may be. If additional charges arise, they must be paid by the customer before the package can be cleared through customs. For more information about potential duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office to understand the regulations in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

• You can return unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will provide instructions.
• When returning an item, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure you can prove the package has been sent back to us. If the return shipment is sent without tracking, the risk of loss lies with the customer. However, if tracking is provided, Barmaniapro will take responsibility for the return shipment.
• Please note that items that have been used, worn, or washed will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll arrange for a return and send a replacement or process a refund as necessary.
