1. The importance of Maintenance
The purpose of our maintenance plan is to ensure the safety, functionality, and durability of the calisthenics sports field. The plan includes annual inspections and maintenance work for both the sports and play equipment and the shock-absorbing floor.

2. Inspections

• Visual Inspection (1x per year):
  During the visual inspection, the general condition of the equipment and the sports field is assessed. This includes checking for visible damage, wear, or defects that may affect the safety and functionality of the field.
• Operational Inspection (1x per year):
  The operational inspection involves a thorough examination of the equipment and components for technical and structural issues. This includes testing moving parts and connections to detect any unsafe situations in time.

3. Maintenance Work The following tasks are part of the maintenance plan:

• Sports and Play Equipment:
  • Inspecting for defects such as loose screws, corrosion, damage, or other issues.
  • Repairing or replacing components if necessary.
• Shock-Absorbing Floor:
  • Maintaining the shock-absorbing floor by cleaning dirt and repairing damaged or worn sections.
  • Checking for consistent cushioning to ensure safety.

4. Reporting and Recommendations
After each inspection, a report will be prepared detailing findings and recommendations for further repairs or adjustments. The report will be shared with the client for approval and follow-up.

5. Frequency

• Visual Inspection: 1x per year
• Operational Inspection: 1x per year
• Additional work: in consultation with the client

6. Tariff
The annual fee for this maintenance contract is €995.00 excluding VAT. For a contract term of 5 years, a discount of €50.00 per year is applied, reducing the annual rate to €945.00 excluding VAT.

7. Responsibilities
The maintenance will be carried out by a qualified team of technicians experienced in sports and play equipment. The client is responsible for making the sports field available for maintenance work and approving recommended repairs.
