Refund & Exchange

At BarManiaPro Int. B.V., we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to providing high-quality calisthenics equipment and workout parks to our customers in the EU and worldwide. Below are the terms of our refund and exchange policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

You are eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is in its original, unused condition, including packaging, labels, and any accessories that were originally included.
  • The product has not been assembled or used in any way.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@barmaniapro.com / +31 62955 8184 with your order details. Include your order number and a description of the issue or reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Shipping the Return: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product). Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, such as products with signs of use, missing parts, or damage, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund altogether.
4. Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team with your request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the new item is of a higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer.
  • If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable or out of stock, we will offer you a refund or assist you in selecting an alternative.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. We will assist you with the return process and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please retain all packaging and take photos of any damage for reference.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Products that have been assembled or used.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
7. International Orders

For international orders (outside the EU), customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns or exchanges. Customs duties and taxes may also apply depending on the destination country.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No COD (Cash on delivery) deliveries will be accepted.

Please retain a copy of your return tracking number to ensure that it is received at our location. A refund in the same form of payment that was originally used will be issued within seven business days upon receiving the returned product. A refund for original shipping costs will only be issued if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

If you are exchanging, the exchanged item will be shipped within seven business days upon receiving the returned product. If the item you want in exchange is out of stock, you will be contacted. Upon receipt of your package, we will notify you via email or phone that the return has been processed.
